Description: I was once called an over-achiever 📚; my attempt at preparing 🐓 Chicken biryani has proven this to be very true. I am always anxious with tackling new recipes, especially with foods outside of my culture. However, I also strongly feel that facing these "cooking" fears will only take me further in my mukbang/cookbang journey. So, I present to you - 🇮🇳 Chicken biryani (Hyderabadi-style) with Paratha flatbread and Raita. Vahchef's recipe video helped me tremendously (credit below). Considering it was my first time cooking chicken biryani, it turned out damn good 🤗. I described the smell and taste as "beautiful" 🌹. Also, I worked extremely hard on this new background set-up. As I expressed in the video, I find it important for myself (as a creator) to keep things fresh; a remodel gives me new energy and motivation.
